Volume II is a number limited edition of 1,000. This volume is a Review edition, marked as review copy 19-a. It is also signed and inscribed by the publisher, Charles Edward Chapel on Christmas, 1940. Charles Edward Chapel (1904-1967) is a well known writer on Firearms and Technical manuals. 

Good

Condition: Both hardcover are in good condition. Volumes are square with no heavy lean. Both volumes have bumped corners. Volume I has damage on front end page from removed bookplate. Toning from bookplate on front first flyleaf. Both volume has foxing and toning of pages. Volume has heavy toning on tissue paper between frontispiece and title page. Volume II is starting to crack in the gutter of pages.  Volume I has 237 pages. Volume II has 219 pages.
