Hardcover in good condition. Cloth binding has staining with heavy bumps and wear along board edges. Front and rear fly leaf pages have toning. Binding is intact and solid. Has some light pencil writing on last flyleaf page. Overall text block appears to be in very good condition with no apparent writing, underlining, or highlighting.
